When you book or contact Breezy Tiki Charters, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, and any message you send through our contact form. We also collect anonymous performance metrics (Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS) about how this website performs in your browser — no personal data, no cookies for tracking.

How we use it

We use your contact information solely to respond to your booking inquiry, deliver your charter, send confirmation/reminder emails, and follow up after your trip. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or behavioral profiling tools.

Data retention

Charter request submissions are retained for 90 days in our backend for follow-up purposes, then automatically purged. Confirmed bookings are retained per standard business records requirements (typically 7 years for tax/insurance compliance).

Third-party services

Cloudflare — hosts this website and our edge functions.
Resend — transactional email delivery for booking confirmations.

Both providers process data on our behalf under standard data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing steve@aamp.agency. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
