Booking and deposits
A deposit is required at booking time to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before departure. We accept major credit cards.
Cancellation policy
If Breezy Tiki cancels due to unsafe weather or boat issues, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice. If you cancel, our standard cancellation policy applies based on how far in advance you cancel — please contact us at 954-369-5566 for the specific policy applicable to your booking.
Weather
Safety is our priority. The captain has final authority to cancel or shorten a charter due to unsafe weather (lightning, high winds, small craft advisories). You will be notified as early as possible.
Conduct on board
Breezy Tiki is a BYOB charter. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. The captain has authority to refuse boarding to intoxicated guests, return to dock if behavior becomes unsafe, or end a charter early without refund if conduct violates these terms or federal/state law.
Group size and capacity
Our Coast Guard-certified vessel is rated for up to 20 guests including all passengers regardless of age. We cannot exceed this capacity.
Personal property
Bring only what you can comfortably manage. Breezy Tiki is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items left on the boat.
Liability and assumption of risk
Boating involves inherent risks. Each guest assumes those risks by boarding. Each guest may be required to sign a standard liability waiver before departure.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Broward County, Florida.
